Job Summary
About the Role
Location: Tallinn Estonia Hybrid
Cover: Estonia Ukraine USA
PRNEWS is looking for an operational HR Manager to take ownership of day-to-day HR processes and recruitment primarily in Estonia with light support for Ukraine and the US.
This is a 30-hour per week role with a clear transition to full-time in the coming months.
What Youll Do
Estonia (Primary Focus)
- Full-cycle recruitment
- Employee onboarding & offboarding
- HRIS and ATS management
- Payroll coordination with Finance
- HR documentation management & compliance with Estonian labor law
- Daily support to managers and employees
- Continuous improvement of existing and building of the new HR processes
Ukraine & USA (Basic Support)
- Case-by-case HR coordination
- Support with documentation flow
- Communication with local accountants/legal advisors
- Ensuring process alignment across locations
First weeks and months include structured handover and close cooperation with HR Lead.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 35 years of operational HR experience
- Has hands-on recruitment experience
- Has solid knowledge of Estonian employment law (mandatory)
- Has experience working with international teams
- Is structured proactive and independent
- Speaks Estonian English and Russian fluently (mandatory)
