Project Manager Product & Technology (iGaming)

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to join our Product & Technology team and take ownership of endtoend delivery across a range of digital product initiatives.

What Youll Do:

• Lead and deliver fulllifecycle projects across digital product platform operational and compliance areas
• Build and maintain project plans timelines budgets and resource allocations
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams including Product Development BI Operations Marketing and Compliance
• Identify and manage risks issues and dependencies
• Ensure all projects meet regulatory audit and security requirements
• Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Track and report progress KPIs and delivery status to management
• Support change management rollout training and operational handover
• Manage external vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery
• Facilitate project ceremonies such as kickoffs standups and retrospectives

What You Bring:
Essential

• Higher education in Business Administration IT Engineering or a related field
• 3 years experience in project management
• Proven experience delivering IT product or operational projects
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles
• Excellent organisational planning and stakeholdermanagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured proactive way
• Strong communication skills and fluent English

iGaming or Banking Product Experience (Mandatory)

Candidates must have hands-on experience working with iGaming products. For roles focused on integrations or applications we will also consider candidates with banking product experience provided they have strong exposure to:

• Payment platform integrations
• Thirdparty app integrations
• Sportsbook and poker products

Integrations & Apps Expertise We are specifically looking for candidates who can demonstrate familiarity with:

• Payment gateway integrations
• Wallet and transaction flows
• Sports betting platforms
• Poker platforms
• API-driven integrations across multiple systems

Retail / Land-Based Casino Segment For roles supporting the retail (land-based casino) environment candidates must be able to communicate effectively in Estonian or Russian as these languages are essential for onsite operations and stakeholder engagement.

Nice to Have

• Masters degree in Management or Project Management
• Experience in regulated digital industries (e.g. fintech online services digital platforms)
• Experience working with external vendors and multicountry teams
• Project management certifications (PMP PRINCE2 Agile)
• Experience with Jira Confluence or similar tools
