The Role

What you will do

Support Growth Learning & Knowledge Transfer.

Our BMG team has colleagues with incredible experience your role is to help keep that knowledge flowing. You will:

• Help coordinate individual development plans (IDPs)
• Set up buddy systems knowledge-sharing moments and onboardingexperiences
• Make it easy for people to learn from each other
• Support planning around skills capacity and future needs. This is where your curiosity and people-orientation shine.

Boost Team Culture & Engagement

• You will be the go-to person for everything that makes working at BMG more human fun and connected:
• Organize team events celebrations and moments that matter that help strengthen team belonging
• Build engagement campaigns that bring energy and spark collaboration across silos
• Create bite-size visual engaging internal communications (think: newsletters reels presentations creative updates short videos)
• If you enjoy creating experiences or telling stories this part of the job is made for you.

Organize & Coordinate

• Youll work closely with many colleagues across the organization becoming a trusted go-to person for coordination internal communication and engagement
• Prepare materials for meetings and workshops
• Track follow-ups and ensure things dont fall through the cracks
• Support with basic reporting (headcount planning dashboards onboarding progress)
• You dont need HR experience just strong coordination skills and a hands-on mindset

Who You Are

• Skilled in PowerPoint and basic digital tools
• Eager to build experience in people development communication or operations

Your Background

• Bachelors degree in business communications psychology or similar
• 13 years experience in people related roles coordination of events or student associations
• Experience in organizing student events travel communities or social activities is very welcome
• A good understanding of the Dutch language and an affinity with Dutch culture are a plus
