As our first dedicated RevOps Manager you will build the foundational operational backbone for a global leader in background screening. You will own the entire GTM stack focusing on HubSpot optimization data integrity and cross-functional alignment between Sales Marketing and Customer Success to drive predictable revenue growth across 180 countries.

Partner with executive leadership to define key metrics like NRR and ARR while building dashboards that provide actionable insights for global expansion.
The ideal candidate:
3-5 years of experience in Revenue or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS environment ideally during a high-growth startup phase.
Expert-level technical proficiency in HubSpot CRM administration and building complex reporting frameworks using tools like Power BI.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align disparate teams (Sales Marketing Finance) around unified data definitions and operational workflows.
