About Us
At Elite at Home we provide high-quality domiciliary care live-in care supported living and extra care services. Based in Ashford Kent we are a growing CQC-registered provider with ambitions to expand into new areas. Elite at home covers Kent wide.
We are now looking for a Registered Manager who can not only ensure compliance but also drive growth build hours and develop the service commercially.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service while also helping to grow the business.
You will be expected to:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the service in line with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards
- Work towards (or maintain) a Good or Outstanding CQC rating
- Build hours and grow the client base through networking referrals and local engagement
- Recruit manage and develop care staff ensuring safe staffing levels
- Ensure high-quality person-centred care is delivered at all times
- Maintain compliance with policies procedures and regulatory requirements
- Handle safeguarding complaints and incident management effectively
- Develop relationships with local authorities commissioners and healthcare professionals
- Monitor performance quality and financial sustainability of the service

We are looking for someone who is both operationally strong and commercially aware
Requirements
Essential:
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes
- Experience managing staff and care packages
- Ability to grow a service and increase care hours
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- Experience with private clients as well as local authority contracts
