App Modernisation Team Manager

As our App Modernisation Team Manager youll lead a highperforming team delivering cloudnative modernisation projects for Atech customers on Microsoft Azure. Youll combine technical leadership delivery oversight and people management to ensure projects land on time on budget and to a high standard.

In this role you will:

• Lead and manage the delivery of application modernisation projects
• Act as technical lead on complex highpriority work
• Drive Agile delivery practices and continuously improve our methodology
• Identify risks resolve issues and keep projects on track
• Mentor and develop your engineering team
• Ensure highquality documentation and delivery outputs
• Work closely with Product Architecture and crossfunctional teams to align delivery
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across the business
• Recruit manage and support team performance
• Monitor forecasts support revenue targets and allocate resources effectively
• Embed best practices lead lessonslearned sessions and champion continuous improvement
• Promote innovation and explore new technologies to enhance customer outcomes

• Bring strong software development experience with modern architecture on Microsoft Azure
• Have handson expertise with App Services AKS Functions Container Apps API Management SQL and Cosmos DB
• Have 15 years in IT including 5 years with Microsoft technologies
• Have led technical delivery on complex highimpact projects
• Understand Azure PaaS application infrastructure and deployment methods
• Can design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub or Azure DevOps
• Communicate clearly and collaborate well across teams
• Proactively identify risks and create effective contingency plans
• Have strong organisational analytical and problemsolving skills
• Are comfortable working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
