What youll build

In your role as technical consultant you will be responsible for supporting the ECS customer for SAP innovative products. You will assess and solve issues in new or existing customers and work with high attention to detail reliability and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with your team members to ensure your day-to-day you will

• Lead end-to-end SAP service delivery aligned with defined KPIs including pre-sales technical support.
• Design build and support complex SAP landscapes across platforms and latest hardware technologies ensuring SLA compliance by collaborating closely with developers and architects from the technology platform and other stakeholders from all lines of businesses.
• Independently manage complex projects resolve technical challenges handle escalations and conduct root cause analyses (RCAs) for critical issues.
• Ensure thorough documentation of all manual installation and upgrade procedures along with best practices and roll out of this information/knowledge to the Local and global Team.
• Standardizing the complex activities and convert into standard. Closely work with Architecture teams and product support to define and validate new offering.
  • Installation of the product as per ECS standard.
  • Migration to ECS DC @ Azure @AWS @GCP
  • Cross Platform move of customer landscape.

What you bring

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with good knowledge of ITIL and project management methodologies.
• Minimum 2 year of Experience in Service and Project Management.
• Profound knowledge with 10 years of experience as Technical SAP Net Weaver Consultant (ABAP and Java basis administration) including installation and upgrade of innovative SAP products on HANA ASE Linux and Windows platforms.
• Proven expertise in leading end-to-end manual SAP system installations and upgrades across ABAP and non-ABAP environments
• Hands-on experience with non-ABAP SAP products such as XSA SAP IDM BOBJ OpenText and SAP BRIM.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture system conversion implementation paths migration tools and high availability/disaster recovery concepts (including virtualization and load balancing).
• Experience with Hyperscalers (Azure AWS GCP) and additional databases/OS platforms such as MaxDB MSSQL and RedHat Linux is an added advantage.

Together with your team you will work in the SAP Enterprise cloud Services with Technical Operation Unit (TECH-OP) which is IT-infrastructure provider to the SAP Cloud Customers and is responsible for running SAPs ECS External customer landscape as World class service provider for SAP ECS we are building managing and running 3000 customer landscapes in SAP DC and Hyperscaler like Azure GCP AWS with most advance technology. We are highly motivated and skilled engineers with locations in Germany Mexico India and US.
