AI & Management Consulting Intern (Value Engineering)

This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys combining business thinking data analysis and storytelling and wants hands-on exposure to how AI and automation create measurable impact for customers.

As an Intern in AI & Management Consulting you join our Value Engineering team to focus on driving and closing opportunities by identifying and selling the value Make can bring to customers. Our Value Engineers (VE) are the trusted advisor for customers and work on the intersection of technology and business. Value Engineers partner with sales and customers to create compelling solutions to critical business problems. A great VE understands the customer the technology and the sales cycle making it what may be the most interesting challenging and fulfilling role in enterprise technology sales.

What youll do

• Analyze customer data and identify patterns opportunities and process inefficiencies
  
  
• Research industry trends and support discovery on customer challenges
  
  
• Prepare document and present Make AI demos to different audiences
  
  
• Support customer-facing events and help communicate Makes AI value proposition
  
  
• Help align Makes solutions with customer AI strategy by translating business needs into clear value narratives

What we are looking for

• Currently studying Business Administration Industrial Engineering Business Informatics Technology & Management Economics Mathematics or a comparable program
  
  
• Strong communication skills and interest in interacting with potential customers
  
  
• Analytical mindset with ability to multi-task prioritize and execute
  
  
• Interest in technology data and AI (LLMs OpenAI ecosystem) and the impact it can have
  
  
• Comfortable with basic data work (entry-level SQL and Python or similar query languages is a plus)
  
  
• Platform fluency (Slack Google Workspace etc.)

Languages:

• English required
  
  
• Spanish French German Portuguese or Italian are a plus
