Our Role

The Qualification Pathways Specialist provides strategic and operational leadership across Vocational and Higher Education pathways including Early Career Teacher (ECT) Upskill programs traineeships and funded learning initiatives.

You will manage endtoend program delivery - from establishing partnerships with education providers to overseeing compliance funding learner support and pathway performance. Your work will directly support Goodstarts Learning and Organisational Development Strategy and build a strong pipeline of future Educators and Teachers.

Your Impact:

In this role you will:

Lead qualification pathways that support Educators at all stages of their careers.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with Vocational and Higher Education providers.
Support employees through enrolment progression completion and ongoing engagement.
Ensure strong compliance governance and highquality learner experiences across all programs.
Manage program budgets funding initiatives and grant processes.
Drive continuous improvement through data insights evaluation frameworks and stakeholder feedback.

Provide highquality advice to leaders educators and internal networks.
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across People & Culture Operations and L&D.

Youll bring to the table:

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable).
Diploma or higher in Education Business Administration or a related field (desirable).
Understanding of the Australian Apprenticeship/Traineeship system RTO compliance and state funding models.
Experience in project or program management.
Proven ability to manage budgets reporting and complex administrative processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong organisational capability.
