Job Description:
Aerojet Rocketdyne an L3Harris Segment is seeking an Engineering Technician in manufacturing for our growing Camden AR location. This is an opportunity to join a quality minded team focused on the maintenance and repair of the tooling required to manufacture missile propulsion systems in a production environment. The role consists of a wide range of mechanical and technical based tasks.
Essential Functions:
- Basic knowledge of the use of MS Excel
- Ability to support a fast paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to obtain a current drivers license.
- Ability to obtain a US security clearance.
Qualifications:
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
- Mechanical or maintenance type background.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Proficient in the use of basic hand tools.
- Basic experience in the use of forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Familiar with the use of basic measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
