The Duval Clerk of Court is seeking a Business Process Analyst (BPA) to join our Strategic Initiatives Department to further enhance operational efficiency and provide outstanding customer service. The BPA is responsible for analyzing and documenting current business processes. They collaborate with management process owners and customers to develop and implement improved business models. The role assists in the creation and tracking of value-based performance indicators for operations within the office and helps to ensure process adherence to the Clerks mission. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process optimization LEAN methodologies continuous improvement as well as project management. This role requires a strong ability for identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions to enhance operational performance. The ideal candidate will embrace the exploration of emerging technologies such as machine learning and process automation to identify opportunities for enhancing business processes. The BPA should understand how these technologies could integrate with or improve current workflow models and contribute to innovation and efficiency.
