The Opportunity

Sephora UK is growing rapidly and were looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our FP&A team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis within a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. As a Finance Intern youll support the Senior FP&A and collaborate with teams across the business to understand financial performance and contribute to key reporting and forecasting activities.

What youll be doing

• Assist in monthly financial reporting analysing key trends and preparing commentary on performance vs. forecast and prior year.
• Help update forecasting and reporting files to ensure accurate business insights.
• Support the team in gathering data for budget and forecast cycles working closely with different departments.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives including automation and streamlining reporting tasks.
• Work with financial systems and tools to consolidate data for internal and global reporting.

What will help you succeed

• Recently completed or will have completed by July 2026 a degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work with Excel and willingness to learn financial reporting tools (Experience with Power BI is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to work with financial and non-financial teams.
• Ability to multitask prioritise work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for the beauty and retail industry.

What you need to know

• The internship is a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) with an anticipated start date of July 2026.
• You will need to hold valid righttowork status for the UK for the duration of the internship.
• This role is based at SEPHORA HQ in Russell Square London and follows our Hybrid working policy of 3 days onsite per week
