We are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant - SEND with a sound knowledge and experience of supporting children with Special Educational Needs. You will be working as part of a supportive inclusion team to deliver a bespoke curriculum alongside the class teacher.
Part of your week will be spent working as one-to-one support for a child with a range of special educational needs enabling them to have full access to the curriculum within the classroom. The other part of your week will be spent supporting groups of pupils across the school running cooking groups art activities outdoor play and sensory groups. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the childrens learning opportunities to give them the best possible outcomes. We have high aspirations for all our pupils and know that with the right support guidance and resources they can achieve great things.
This is a fixed term position for one term only. However for the right candidate we would consider future options.
