Job Description:
As Pineos first hire you will own complex data-driven HubSpot implementations end-to-end. Working directly with the founder you will lead CRM design oversee technical migrations from platforms like Salesforce and build robust third-party integrations. This is a high-impact delivery role where you will eventually shape the agencys technical standards and client management.

What you will do:

Lead end-to-end HubSpot CRM implementations and migrations from legacy systems like Salesforce Pipedrive and ActiveCampaign.
Design and manage complex data architectures including custom objects associations and synchronization with billing and operations tools.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients translating complex technical decisions into clear actionable business insights.

The ideal candidate:

3-5 years of hands-on HubSpot experience with deep expertise across multiple Hubs and a track record of successful deliveries.
Strong background in data modelling and technical integrations including experience with middleware like Zapier/Make or custom APIs.
Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously within a fast-paced agency or consulting environment.
