Job Description
The role of Key Account Manager / Senior Search Specialist focuses on expanding Adwisens customer base globally identifying new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with international companies. You will drive growth act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales journey. Your responsibilities will involve managing the entire sales and business process from first contact to signed agreement.

Responsibilities
Prospect and generate qualified leads globally
Build and develop long-term customer relationships
Present Adwisens services and advisory offerings to international companies
Manage both warm and cold clients
Work closely with other colleagues to ensure the best possible delivery and customer experience

Your Profile
35 years of experience in a Key Account Manager role within B2B sales
Proven ability to create business opportunities and long-term relationships
Fluent in English both spoken and written
Proactive and independent in prospecting
Strong network or ability to quickly build a relevant business network in new markets
Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems

Desirable
Experience in international expansion and complex service sales
Experience establishing or developing operations in new markets

Location: Remote/Warsaw

You will also have the opportunity to participate in a 1-year sales training program with Mikael Arndt including 25 diploma courses in sales and live weekly lectures. You will also have the chance to attend Swedens largest sales event at Oscarsteatern and a 2-day on-site sales training in Stockholm to further develop as a salesperson.
