Manager Shared Living Wodonga or Wangaratta (Identified Position)

This is a full-time permanent job right here in your community.

What Youll Do
- Lead and support Support Workers in Shared Living homes
- Make sure residents get high-quality person-centred care
- Help with positive behaviour support and safety
- Build strong relationships with residents families and the local community
- Manage rosters budgets and NDIS requirements
- Coach your team and embed Arumas BRAVE values
Who You Are
- You identify as a person with disability (this is an identified role)
- You have experience in disability aged care allied health youth or community work
- You have led teams before
- You communicate clearly solve problems and can lead with confidence
- You care about inclusion dignity and person-centred support
- You want to make your local community stronger
