Vacancy: HR Coordinator Woerden
Are you accurate communicative and ready for the next step in HR At Gardner Denver (part of Ingersoll Rand) in Woerden we are looking for a proactive HR Coordinator who enjoys a combination of HR administration payroll support and supporting colleagues in a dynamic international environment.
You will be part of a compact HR team where short communication lines independence and forward thinking are key. Despite our international roots we remain down-to-earth committed and collegial just as it should be.
What will you do
In this versatile role you ensure accurate HR administration and support various HR activities such as:
Personnel Administration
- Maintaining and updating personnel files
- Registering sickness and recovery notifications
- Processing onboarding and offboarding
- Payroll Administration
- Preparing and checking salary changes
- Supporting the monthly payroll process
Document Management & HR Projects
- Drafting and managing contracts and letters
- Collecting information and producing (HR) reports
- Participating in national and international HR projects
- Acting as the point of contact for colleagues and stakeholders in all our Dutch locations
- Contributing to the optimisation and digitalisation of HR processes
Who are you
- You work at MBO/HBO level and have an HR education or similar background
- You communicate professionally clearly and with integrity
- You work accurately you are administratively strong and you spot opportunities
- You already have experience in (HR) administration
- You work independently but can easily liaise with colleagues
- You handle confidential information with care essential in this role
- You have excellent command of the Dutch language; English is considered a plus in our international environment
