The Summer Employment Opportunity Program (SEOP) provides temporary summer employment opportunities to children step-children and spouses of Mayo Clinic employees enrolled in a college degree granting program of study and is intended to help supervisors accommodate employee vacation requests when seasonal work volumes are high.
This role is based in Occupational Health and involves a variety of tasks that help keep our operations running smoothly. This role would include checking people in for their appointments scanning records into our electronic health system sorting our email box entering test results and assisting with other miscellaneous tasks as they arise. The position is a great fit for someone who enjoys a mix of responsibilities and being part of a collaborative team.
Qualifications
Must be a child step-child or spouse of a current Mayo Clinic employee.
Must be currently enrolled in a degree granting program.
Must be returning to college in the fall.
Must be able to work a minimum of 10 weeks.
Must be 18 years of age or older by the start of the program
SEOP employees should not expect vacation/days-off to be approved during their commitment.
