Job Summary

As a Maintenance Technician you will work with limited supervision to maintain repair and troubleshoot plant machinery and mechanical systems. You will perform intermediate-level diagnostics preventive maintenance and equipment adjustments to ensure efficient and reliable operation of manufacturing machines. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined self-motivated and experienced with CNC grinding equipment.

Responsibilities

• Examine and diagnose machinery issues; dismantle repair and reassemble equipment as needed.

• Replace defective components and make necessary adjustments for optimal machine performance.

• Perform preventive maintenance on coolant systems mist collectors and production machinery.

• Clean filters replace elements and maintain lubrication/oil levels.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and maintenance areas.

• Occasionally fabricate or modify replacement parts.

• Provide training or guidance to less experienced maintenance staff when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of preventive and predictive industrial maintenance experience.

• Strongly preferred: experience with CNC grinding equipment such as Walter Ewag Rollomatic ANCA Waida etc.

• Ability to perform troubleshooting with minimal technical direction.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with supervisors and team members.

• Proficiency with basic hand tools and mechanical repair tasks.
