About the Role:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as the primary point of contact for customers supporting service requests resolving inquiries coordinating internally with Operations and Billing and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
This role requires strong attention to detail problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining professionalism and responsiveness.
