Description

Under the administrative supervision of thePresident/CEO theVice President ofTreatmentOperationsis responsible for the planning direction coordination and overseeing ofoperationalactivitiesof specific departments within theorganization ensuring development and implementation of efficient and cost-effective systems to meet current and future needs of the organization. TheVP ofTreatmentOperationsshalloperatein accordance withthe policies set forth by the Board of Directors and shall abide by all applicable laws and regulations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Overseesand supervisesMirrors treatment programsin assigned that these programs are appropriately staffed and resourced.

  1. Supports directorsincommunity resource services (currently Work for Success)grants and policycredentialing (facility and individual)training and developmentand all other Mirror departments.

  1. Oversees theoverallworkflow ofassigneddepartments.

  1. Provides constructive andtimelyperformance evaluations.

  1. Collaborates and monitors Mirrors revenue cycle processes and benchmarks those processes againstestablishedstandardsfortheidentified geographic regionprovides regular reporting as required by management.

  1. Establishes implements and communicates thestrategic direction of theDivisions operations.

  1. Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplyingexpertiseand guidance on operationsprojects and systems.

  1. Helps Mirror prepare for emergency situations. Serves as theDivisionsEmergency Manager when emergency situationswarrant.

  1. Collaborate with other division emergency managers to ensure continuity of policies and procedures.

  1. Collaborates withallother divisions and departments to carry out theorganizationsgoals andobjectives.

  1. Oversees clinical processes and implementation policies anddisseminatesinformation accordingly.

  1. Identifies recommends and implements newprocessestechnologiesand systems to improveand streamlineorganizationalprocesses anduse of resources and materials.

  1. Ensuresthatdepartmental decisionsand project planssuch asthose forstaffing development organizationmaterial efficiencyhardware acquisitions and facilities are in line with theorganizationsbusiness plan and vision.

  1. Establishes communicates and implementsoperations-relatedpolicies practices standards and security measurestoensure effective and consistentsupport and execution.

  1. Reviews and approves cost-control reports cost estimates andstaffingrequirements for projects.

  1. Ensuresthat expenditures of assigned programs are contained within established budgets.

  1. Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and trends inoperations management.

  1. Formulates proposals and makes recommendations to the President/CEO and Board of Directors asrequired.

  1. Performs other related duties as assigned.



Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration orotherindustry-relatedfieldrequired;Masters Degreepreferredbut notrequired.

  1. Minimumof10years of related experience including three yearsas rankingexecutive ina corporate or government settingrequired.

  1. Knowledge of the behavioral industry or related field is preferred.

  1. Ability to understandinterpretand analyze program evaluation data and design.

  1. Exceptional interpersonal skillsrequiredas well asabilityto communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Must be adaptable to change and have effective organizational skills.

  1. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead teams and effectively supervise the work of other independent leaders in a positive enabling way.

  1. Demonstrated ability to analyze/interpret/calculate/forecast data evaluate planscomprehend explain complexinformationand work with multiple tasks.

  1. Must be able to work in collaboration with the President/CEO and other agency senior executives.

  1. Must be able to passrequiredsecurity screening.

  1. Employees who have been diagnosed with any type of substance use disorder or behavioral addiction/compulsion must have sustained a minimum of two consecutive years of abstinence from all intoxicating substances and symptoms of their chemical and/or behavioral addiction; and must be in full sustained remission.

  1. Must be proficient in basic computer skills.

  1. Physical requirements would include but not limitedtostanding walking talkinghearingand lifting (40/50 pounds).Walking stairs may be required as well.
