What Youll Do:
- Oversee full HR operations including recruiting onboarding benefits and compliance
- Manage and develop HR staff
- Partner with senior leadership on workforce strategy and organizational development
- Drive employee engagement retention and culture initiatives
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
- 7 years of progressive HR experience 2 in a management role
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience managing full HR functions end-to-end
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred
