HR Business Partner Faribault MN On-Site Direct Hire $80000 $100000
Were looking for an HR Business Partner whos ready to get out of the weeds and into strategy. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to build relationships support leaders and make HR actually work for the business.
What Youll Do:
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with company goals
- Support employee relations performance management and workforce planning
- Drive talent development retention and culture initiatives
- Serve as the go-to HR resource for managers and employees
Qualifications :
What You Bring:
- 4 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience
- Strong employee relations and coaching skills
- Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
- SHRM-CP or PHR a plus
