The Role
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Nursing Facilitator to join our team in Bellville. This is a hands-on internal position responsible for the orientation upskilling and ongoing development of our registered nurses before and during their placements.
You will play a key role in ensuring our nurses are placement-ready clinically competent and aligned with client expectations and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct orientation and induction programmes for newly registered nurses joining our agency
- Assess clinical competencies and identify skills gaps
- Design and deliver upskilling sessions across general nursing practices
- Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation
- Liaise with placement coordinators to ensure nurses meet client requirements
- Support nurses through onboarding with practical guidance and mentorship
- Keep training materials current and aligned with SANC and relevant legislative requirements
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current SANC registration (essential)
- Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience
- Previous experience in facilitation training or clinical education (advantageous)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised detail-oriented and able to manage multiple nurses simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Based in or able to commute to Bellville Western Cape
