Clinical Psychologist
Lead clinical assessments deliver therapy and shape tailored care plans for children and families with complex needs
Support and advise multidisciplinary teams driving best-practice behaviour support and minimising restrictive interventions
Essential: Current AHPRA registration with Clinical Psychologist endorsement and strong trauma-informed practice expertise
About the role
Deliver evidence-informed clinical care to children and families with complex needs. Provide assessment intervention and consultation to improve safety wellbeing and participation. Work within trauma-informed frameworks to support recovery and reduce restrictive practices.

Duties
Deliver clinical assessment formulation and therapy
Develop and review individual care plans
Apply trauma-informed CARE and TCI practice
Guide behaviour support and reduce restrictions
Provide consultation and support to care teams
Skills & Experience
Masters in Clinical Psychology or equivalent
AHPRA registration clinical endorsement
Experience with complex child/family needs
Strong assessment and therapy capability
Ability to consult within multidisciplinary teams
