This is a hybrid role based in Bridgwater requiring four days per week on site with consideration for candidates able to commute or relocate with support available.
The role connects E2E HVAC Engineering with site installation and front office technical teams. It ensures effective management and resolution of site field change and non-conformance processes as well as provides proactive technical support to maintain construction momentum and quality compliance.
Act as HVAC interface between design construction and front office teams
Review FCR and NCR documentation for clarity and completeness
Assess remediation proposals and validate preferred technical options
Propose delegation levels for field changes and non-conformances
Analyse FCR and NCR trends and recommend mitigations
Perform surveillance on execution designer documentation for site
Identify and report installation and documentation non-conformances
Coordinate information flow between JDO and construction contractor
Support construction managers with technical KPI development
Provide technical expertise to close open points and queries
Qualifications :
Nuclear experience is not essential but is of course welcome. If you have worked within a highly regulated environment your skills and approach are highly transferable and of strong interest to us.

Degree in engineering discipline with
Experience delivering HVAC within multidisciplinary construction projects
Strong knowledge of regulated industry standards and governance
Structured and rigorous approach to technical problem solving
Experience delivering engineering to quality time and cost
Ability to influence diverse stakeholders across project interfaces
Understanding of contractual and commercial project mechanisms
Knowledge of CDM Regulations and construction compliance
