YOUR MISSION

You will join one of our cross-functional teams in the Data department in Barcelona where you will learn from top Analytics Engineers Product Data Scientists and Data Analysts and collaborate with Business and Product stakeholders. You will work on end-to-end data solutions that drive business impact! During this internship you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge data projects learn about advanced analytics and develop data modeling visualization statistics and automation skills.

THE JOURNEY
 

• Develop Data-Driven Insights: Learn how to analyze and interpret data to provide valuable insights that contribute to decision-making across different business areas.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product engineering and operations teams to understand their data needs and help translate them into meaningful solutions.
• Enhance Your Technical Skills: Gain hands-on experience with data modeling statistical analysis and visualization tools while following industry best practices.
• Support Key Business Metrics: Help monitor analyze and optimize business and product and operational metrics making data more accessible and actionable.
• Experiment & Innovate: Engage in exploratory analyses hypothesis testing and experimentation to improve products and business strategies.
• Improve Data Quality: Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines ensuring data accuracy consistency and reliability.
• Communicate Findings Effectively: Develop storytelling and visualization skills to present complex data in a clear and impactful way for diverse stakeholders.
• Stay Curious & Keep Learning: Continuously explore new data methodologies technologies and industry trends to expand your knowledge and skills.
   

What You Will Bring To The Ride

• Effective Communication (English)
• Youre currently on an exciting STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math) journey.
• Strong Computer Science and Data Analytics knowledge.
• Knowledge of SQL Python or other data-related programming languages.
• Problem-Solving Acumen and a proactive approach to innovation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various data roles.
• Cross-Cultural Awareness - appreciation of diverse perspectives.
• You are available for a 6-month full-time internship.
   

DATA INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES We offer internships in three key data roles:

Data Analysts: Specialists in descriptive and diagnostic analytics DAs excel in data visualization and storytelling transforming raw data into actionable insights. They communicate trends effectively and enable teams across the company to make data-driven decisions. DAs also automate decision-making processes using Python scripting.

Analytics Engineers: Driving our strong data foundation AEs are experts in data modeling and creating scalable data pipelines. They understand business challenges build efficient ETL processes and generalize use cases into common data models. Their work extends to data visualization ensuring end-users can leverage insights effectively.

Product Data Scientists: These DSs go beyond descriptive analytics to specialize in prescriptive analysis and modeling. With a strong product mindset they ensure their analyses are statistically rigorous and apply their expertise to complex business challenges. By navigating the discovery > hypothesis generation > testing > analysis loop they optimize decision-making processes across the organization while tackling standardized data science problems.
