Job Summary

YOUR MISSION

Glovos team is looking for a Sales Executive within Croatias Partners and Brands this position you will have an important role in the Sales Team working closely with the Sales Manager for your country. Also you will be collaborating with other departments building and maintaining good relationships between our partners and our company. 

THE JOURNEY

  • Help grow the business by timely identifying and engaging top restaurant prospects across Croatia.
  • Negotiate premium partnerships and products to deliver the best offers to our customers in line with company objectives.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets defined by the Sales Manager.
  • Coordinate and execute sales plans together with the Sales Manager to maximize market presence.
  • Travel regularly to build strong trust-based relationships with potential and existing partners.
  • Adapt quickly to a fast-changing environment while maintaining a proactive results-driven mindset and never taking no for an answer.
  • Actively collaborate with colleagues sharing insights and learning from each other in a supportive environment that fosters growth and impact.

Qualifications :

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience ideally within the restaurant hospitality or food delivery industry supported by a strong local network and industry connections.
  • Strong ability to influence close and manage high-value partnerships.
  • A proactive persistent and goal-oriented mindset with resilience to rejection.
  • Confidence in engaging C-level stakeholders and restaurant owners.
  • Willingness to travel and build trust-based relationships across Croatia.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) Google Workspace and Excel.
  • Basic understanding of P&L and profitability to support sound deals.
  • Fluency in Croatian and English and adaptability to fast-paced startup-style environments.
