Sales Developer Eurofins Croatia

Maintain develop and grow customers ensuring the service proposed is adhering to customers needs.
Enhance client relationship through provision of professional support services and customer care
Work with existing partners and develop relations with others to drive business growth and visibility on the market
Contribute to the establishment of sales plans and marketing campaigns
Analyze existing monthly KPIs and develop others in order to monitor the progress

Qualifications :

University degree in Food technology Biotechnology Agronomy Chemistry or similar
Previous experience in sales roles will be appreciated
Proven background in working within the food industry / pharmaceutical industries
Functional scientific/technical expertise in specific area of food technology manufacturing auditing lab testing etc.
Good communication skills to work effectively with all levels across in the organization
Action- and results- oriented in a highly competitive market
Ability to work independently and proactively
Proficiency in Business English
Advanced Excel skills
Able to use CRM Sales force and report periodically using the company tools
Valid driving license
