We have an AI-startup client who is looking for a Senior Technical Sorcer. This position is hybrid in either San Francisco or Palo Alto. It is a year-long contract with the strong possibility of converting in full-time. They are open to hiring remotely outside the Bay Area but will not convert anyone not in the Bay Area.
Strong technical sourcer (not full-cycle)
Builds quality pipelines for hard engineering roles: SRE Infrastructure Staff-level Software Engineers
Can calibrate quickly with hiring managers and improve candidate quality fast networking
Qualifications :
- Able to commute to San Francisco or Palo Alto at least one day a week
- Experience with: passive sourcing market mapping / talent mapping infra/platform/SRE hiring senior/staff/principal engineering searches startup scaling environments
- Produces well-calibrated technical pipelines (not just volume)
- Works independently across multiple engineering reqs
- Responds well to feedback and adjusts fast
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of machine learning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
