Required Qualifications

5 years software engineering experience

2 years ServiceNow development

Strong JavaScript expertise

Modern frontend framework experience

Unit testing (Jest Mocha Jasmine)

DevOps practices (Git Docker CI/CD)

Experience integrating AI APIs or ML services

Preferred

ServiceNow Certifications (CSA/CAD)

REST/SOAP integrations

OpenAI / Azure AI / ML experience

Agile development environments
