Your Impact
- Lead global creative planning to ensure content aligns with brand objectives and audience insights.
- Optimize resources and investments to maximize the impact of strategic content initiatives.
- Introduce innovative technologies including AI-driven solutions to enhance creative efficiency.
- Define and improve workflows to ensure scalability and adoption of best practices across teams.
- Develop strategic frameworks and planning processes for global content.
- Oversee global production planning and make-or-buy decisions.
- Implement automation and AI tools to streamline workflows and foster innovation.
- Establish a global production strategy aligned with brand guidelines and business priorities.
Qualifications :
Education
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Communication Design or a related field.
- Certifications in Creative Strategy Digital Marketing or AI in Creativity are a plus.
Experience
- Proven experience leading global creative planning or content strategy in multinational environments.
- Hands-on experience with campaign management content production and creative workflows.
- Experience implementing technology-driven solutions (AI automation) for creative processes.
Know How
- Deep understanding of creative frameworks content strategy and brand positioning.
- Strong knowledge of workflow optimization production pipelines and operational excellence.
- Familiarity with digital and AI-based creative tools is highly desirable.
Languages
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- Additional languages are a plus.
