Job Summary
- Manage test-related quality issues and monitor yield/defect Quality KPI.
- Oversee on-hold/off-hold processes working closely with Process Owners and QA engineers for accurate and prompt execution.
- Ensure accurate and timely QC operations including operator supervision and technician training (for newly introduced KPOV & new hires)
- Provide refresher training sessions for the team to ensure everyone remains up to date with current processes and standards to keep technicians aligned
- Collaborate with QA to review rework data assess off-hold situations and identify potential escapees.
- Participate & lead in quality-related meetings and drive QC improvement projects.
- Supervise and manage direct reports
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adaptability to a dynamic working environment
- Initiate continuous improvement projects relevant to QC
- Lead coach and train technicians or junior engineers
- Continue to explore new ideas for improvement
- Liase closely with other depts for good teamwork and leverage positive outcome
- Coordinate IMS audit preparation and documentations
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- Bachelors Degree in Sciences or related field; or
- Experienced professional with broad industry exposure
PREFERRED:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of troubleshooting skills in related process
SKILLS
- Good analytical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
