The Senior Field Service Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of field service engineers to advise strategies and drive business to achieve revenue and margin growth. Lead and management of customer service accounts maximising customer satisfaction and minimising customer site downtime by providing exceptional support. Responsible for ensuring high quality delivery of services to Honeywells clients through assisting in the management of service engineers technical team and sub-contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue and Margin Growth

  1. Devise the strategy to drive contract retrofit and Spot opportunities within the existing contract base to achieve defined revenue and margin goals for the team and district
  2. Responsible for enhancing the quality of services that are being provided to the customers. To liaise with customer to understand the exact needs of their operations. Plan organize and lead team engineers to ensure work is delegated properly so that efficient services are being rendered to the end customer.
  3. Technical consulting design and implementation support to the service business and customers. This includes pre-sales support to the account team and technical lead on projects to grow business
  4. Lead Service team on maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise).
  5. Fault Diagnosis/technical support on HVAC CCTV Access Control Security and Third-Party Systems.

Customers

  • Contract Retention
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives customers and service recipients Customer surveys and NPS targets.
  • Site audits.
  • Effectively meet customer needs build productive customer relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring delivery of value to Honeywell clients and customers.
  • Attend and contribute to Account Planning sessions.

Health Safety and Environment

  1. Ensure Playbook activities are completed each month.
  2. HSE assessments are carried out and updated annually for all contracts and projects.
  3. HSE Safety Plans are available at sites as required.
  4. Attend and participate in all HSE team meetings.
  5. Report safety observations (SOS)
  6. Carry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policy and procedures.

Financials

  1. Assist with the financial control according to agreed budgets and plans.
  2. Forecast financials monthly and analyse throughout the month.
  3. Estimates materials costs and quantities and ordering parts.
  4. Assist Service Operations Manager with outstanding debt recovery and under-billed projects.
  5. Utilise and promote HIET and CPQ usage.

Quality

  1. Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by the Service Operations Manager.
  2. Ensure team documentation is current and participate in internal and external audits as required.
  3. Ensuring team compliance to KPIs

Must Have:

  • Engineering Bachelor Degree
  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience in BMS FAS & ACS
  • Ability to manage self and assist others including contractors to work in a safe manner
  • Ability to identify safety improvements in the workplace
  • Ability to acquire and demonstrate trade skills and/or product knowledge to meet the requirements of the role
  • Ability to apply knowledge and understanding of Honeywell products to develop solutions that meet customer requirements
