Responsible for overseeing building infrastructure and facility equipment maintenance to ensure smooth and uninterrupted plant operations. This includes developing and executing preventive maintenance plans conducting routine inspections of all internal and external facilities monitoring structural conditions and ensuring utilities and amenities are properly maintained. The role also involves supervising contractors and facility staff managing maintenance materials and spare parts ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements and maintaining quality cost control and timely reporting of all facilities-related activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the maintenance of building infrastructure and facility equipment to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Assess facility maintenance requirements develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans and ensure effective implementation.
- Maintain building utilities and amenities including café and toilet wash basins water dispensers (including filter quality control) and all access doors to ensure proper functionality and hygiene standards.
- Perform daily and weekly inspections of facilities including canteen grease traps office areas production floors toilets café kitchen facilities and surrounding building premises (internal and external).
- Monitor structural integrity by inspecting wall cracks and identifying paint defects such as chalking weathering flaking cracking blistering and staining.
- Supervise contractors and manage procurement inventory and stock control of maintenance materials and spare parts.
- Lead and coordinate Facility Handymen to ensure timely and quality completion of maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all assigned duties are completed efficiently and in accordance with company standards.
- Prepare and submit timely maintenance and inspection reports.
- Ensure full compliance during site inspections conducted by local authorities.
- Oversee reliability quality cost control and safety compliance for Fire Fighting systems Pest Control Hygiene and Janitorial services.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- Bachelors degree in industrial engineering or equivalent Engineering study.
PREFERRED:
Minimum Advance experience in managing Building Facilities in Manufacturing Facility Plant.
