Job Description
Overview:
Lead end-to-end delivery of asset and facility management projects from requirements to go-live and stabilization ensuring business value and strong stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Maximo implementation and enhancement projects (scope timeline budget risks).
- Lead workshops to gather requirements for asset maintenance and facilities processes.
- Coordinate internal teams and vendors for configuration integration testing and deployment.
- Drive change management training and user adoption; maintain core project documentation.
- Provide asset management and process improvement advisory to business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in engineering Information Technology Computer ScienceBusiness Administration or related field
- 58 years of project management experience including Maximo/EAM projects.
- Background from Facility Services/ Property & Construction/ Transportation/ Engineering/
- Solution House is a huge plus
- Experience in large scale digital transformation with focus on Robotics IoT Facilities/ Asset Management System (e.g. IBM Maximo) is a plus
- Solid knowledge of asset/facility management processes
- Strong stakeholder management communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with standard PM methodologies and tools; relevant certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/Agile/ITIL) a plus.
