Description
Qualifications
As a Field Technician you will perform professional window cleaning and exterior surface cleaning services on commercial buildings. You will use specialized tools rope systems ladders and pressure washing equipment to safely and effectively complete assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform exterior window cleaning using brushes sponges squeegees and professional cleaning solutions
- Operate high-pressure cleaning equipment for exterior surfaces
- Use Rope Descent Systems or scaffolding to access windows up to 500 feet high
- Maneuver up to 60 feet of water-fed extension poles (approximately 25 lbs.) to clean upper-level windows from the ground
- Set up climb and work safely from ladders to access second and third-story windows
- Handle and transport cleaning solutions including mildly abrasive chemical-based products such as chlorine and ammonia
- Maintain a clean safe and professional work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers on-site
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Good communication and customer service skill
- Availability for occasional overtime weekend or night work if needed
- Valid drivers license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
