Fire Craft Lead Instructor

About you

• Significant experience delivering firefighting or emergency services training within a structured uniformed environment.

• Experience leading or coordinating operational incidents with sound working knowledge of the Fire Service Incident Command System.

• Holds a recognised teaching qualification (AET Level 3 minimum) and assessor qualification(s).

• Highly effective communicator with strong coaching and mentoring capability.

• Demonstrable commitment to highquality learner experiences safety and professional standards.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to operate confidently in dynamic hightempo training environments.
