Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Corby Northamptonshire
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the production and supply of high-quality uPVC
and aluminium glazing products for trade installers. The successful candidate will ensure operational efficiency across
manufacturing logistics and customer service supporting both domestic renovation projects and new-build or commercial
glazing installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across manufacturing warehousing and distribution.
Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of windows doors rooflights and other glazing products.
Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure all products meet premium standards.
Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to support trade installers and project timelines.
Develop and monitor operational KPIs to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
Lead coach and manage operational staff to achieve performance goals.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely supply of materials.
Identify and implement process improvements across operations to reduce costs and improve service levels.
Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations in all operational activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in operations management ideally in manufacturing construction or glazing industries.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational planning and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of uPVC and aluminium glazing systems is advantageous.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations management software.
