Job Summary

Mainland is hiring! We are looking for an experiencedConcrete Form Carpentersto join our team.

The Mainland Group of Companies is a multidisciplinary construction service provider specializing in all civil works excavation shoring and energy works such as site services residential subdivisions roads highways bridges natural gas pipelines commercial site development and large industrial infrastructure projects.

What youll do:

Set align and strip forms for curbs gutters sidewalks driveways and letdowns
Build and install radius forms headers and expansion joints
Work with wood and steel forms to exact municipal specs
Help with general site clean-up and prep

What we need:

2 years experience as a concrete form carpenter
Comfortable working with hand and power tools
Ability to read grade stakes and string lines
Physically fit and reliable
Valid drivers license an asset

We offer:

Hourly rate based on skill & experience signing bonus and profit sharing

Overtime after 8 hours / double time on Sundays
Full benefits package after 3 months
Boot allowance & PPE supplied
Year-round work (weather permitting)
