What you will be doing in this role

Atthe Sanwe take pride in providing not only top-notch medical care but also nutritious well-balanced meals for our patients. Our hospital kitchen is a vital part of our mission to promote health and healing and we are looking for dedicated Kitchen Assistantsto join our teamon a casual basis.

Our casual Kitchen Assistants are primarily responsible for food preparation meal plating meal delivery to wards and clearing the kitchenremainsspotlessand hygienicclean dishes and help organise storage supported by ourgreat team and work closely with chefs nutritionists and other kitchen staff to help assemble and deliver meals efficiently.

You will be part of our wider Food Services department which offers around 20 different Kitchen Assistant shifts each day of the year all with varied function responsibility and shifts times.

While prior experience in a similar role is an advantage and priority will be given to candidates with experience its your positive attitude eagerness to learn and commitment to being part of our team that truly matter.

  • Youll be dependable committed and able to work 3 Mon - Fri casual shifts per week consistently.
