Job Summary
- Full Time Fixed Term - 3 months contract
- This position is based in Girraween
The Warehouse Assistant role is responsible for ensuring that all samples effectively pass through the laboratory in an orderly fashion that they are easily accessible by laboratory staff and that they are removed from refrigeration and put in storage or disposed of once completed.
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager the role will focus on:
- Ensure samples are stocked and organize in the cool room
- Disposal of samples
- Record keeping and data entry of samples
- Loading and unloading eskies and boxes.
Qualifications :
- Manual Handling Certificate (desirable)
- Fork Lifting License
- Previous experience in procurement systems like Coupa or similar (highly desirable)

To be successful for this position you will need to demonstrate the following qualities and characteristics:

- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
On the job training will be provided along with the use of our systems and programs. Previous exposure to a warehouse environment would hold you in good stead however our successful candidate will have a can-do attitude and is willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done
