Job Profile Summary:

The Senior Manager/Client success will serve as the primary representative for DXC at one or more client accounts. This position will initially be dedicated to a recently won 7 year contract in Arlington VA but will likely grow to include other newly won federal work. The ideal person for this position will have a strong background overseeing delivery of complex technical programs involving both application development and infrastructure in DoW Intel and the federal civilian spaces. Candidates should have a background managing client relationships at senior levels and demonstrate an ability to drive on contract growth. Experience with supporting capture/BD and an understanding of pipeline management is highly desirable. The perfect candidate is a business person knowledgeable in the federal space and has a strong delivery background.

Job description

Essential Job Functions:
Manage the delivery of assigned client accounts ensuring service levels are met or exceeded.
Work closely with Account Delivery Managers and Associates to ensure efficient account operations.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals and how DXCs various offerings can address them.
Assist in budget management and cost control for the accounts.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define and track key performance metrics.
Stay informed about industry trends and assess how they impact account strategies.
Address and resolve account-related issues and escalate as necessary.
Provide regular status updates on account performance.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a technical or business-related discipline. (Advanced degree is a nice to have but not required)

  • 15 years relevant experience
  • Active PMP or PgMP
  • Active SECRET Clearance
  • Must be located in the DC Metro Area and be prepared to be onsite as required.

AI/ML Certifications
Other relevant technical certifications

Experience managing program portfolios
