Job Description

What You Will Do:

• Lead the Lobby Bars daily operations ensuring smooth efficient and guest-focused beverage service.
• Develop innovative cocktail menus and beverage pairings in collaboration with culinary partners.
• Oversee inventory and purchasing maintaining quality while managing costs effectively.
• Train and coach bar staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold safety and hygiene standards.
• Drive beverage revenue by staying ahead of industry trends and implementing creative sales strategies.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in a high-end bar or beverage supervisor rolethis ensures confidence in managing upscale service and premium offerings.
• Strong beverage knowledge across cocktails wine spirits and non-alcoholic optionscritical for curating memorable guest experiences.
• ServSafe and Alcohol Awareness certification (or ability to certify within 60 days)ensures responsible service and compliance.
• Ability to multitask lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet or outdoors for the full shiftessential for supporting high-volume operations.
• Experience with Micros POS system is a plusstreamlines operations and enhances accuracy.
