As an Outbound SDR you will spearhead prospecting into new verticals like healthcare and construction building the outbound engine from scratch while directly creating global opportunities for thousands of international workers.

What you will do:

  • Lead outbound lead generation by building and running multi-channel cadences across phone email and LinkedIn to penetrate new market segments

  • Book and qualify meetings for Account Executives ensuring a seamless handover process to maintain a healthy sales pipeline

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Director and GTM teams to iterate on messaging and shape the companys outbound playbook

The ideal candidate:

  • Possesses 6-12 months of outbound SDR experience or a background in high-rejection environments like recruitment or telesales

  • Demonstrates exceptional phone presence and grit with a proven ability to communicate clearly and handle objections with high energy

  • Is a metrics-driven self-starter who is familiar with modern sales stacks like HubSpot Salesforce or Outreach to track performance
