WHAT YOULL BUILD

In this role you will build and evolve cloud automation capabilities that enable customers to provision operate secure and scale SAP Commerce Cloud in the public cloud. Your work will directly impact platform reliability operational efficiency and customer adoption at scale. As a Product Manager in an empowered cross-functional product team you will lead outcome-driven discovery and delivery. You will ensure that automation capabilities solve real customer and operational problems while aligning with SAPs broader cloud platform strategy. Youll be responsible for delivering outcomes such as:

• Leading problem discovery and prioritization using customer insights data and business goals
• Owning outcome-focused roadmaps that balance customer value feasibility and long-term platform health
• Partnering closely with engineering and user experience to deliver usable scalable solutions
• Measuring success through adoption reliability and operational impact
• Representing the product in cross-team and platform-level initiatives
• Defining and evolving product vision and strategy for SAP Commerce Cloud Automation
• Supporting go-to-market and enablement efforts with product marketing customer success and field teams.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 12 - 15 years of professional experience in Product Management with ownership of complex software SaaS or platform products
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or a related field or equivalent practical experience
• Experience leading product work end-to-end in cross-functional teams from discovery through delivery and iteration
• Strong understanding of cloud-based and SaaS platforms sufficient to drive product decisions and collaborate effectively with engineering
• Experience working with distributed or operationally critical systems where reliability scalability and security are important
• A data-driven approach to prioritization and measuring product success through outcomes such as adoption and operational efficiency
• Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear product and business narratives
• We welcome experience from adjacent domains such as enterprise SaaS platform services or infrastructure-heavy products. Familiarity with SAP Commerce Cloud or similar enterprise platforms is a strong advantage but not required.
