We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Analyst - Global Banking
In this role you will:
- Work on client strategic reviews for priority clients which includes discussions with different product partners to prepare action points for achieving the client plan. Manage quarterly updates to Innovation Banking pitch materials incorporating sector information pricing and design updates in coordination with stakeholders.
- Support sector-specific content creation for international and US Innovation ecosystems including sub-sector analysis cross-border financing trends and contributions to thematic reports. Work with relationship managers (RM) on creating new sales decks and collateral to support banker-led client meetings including one-pagers and tailored content for specific sectors
- Support RMs by preparing insightful portfolio analysis focused on returns against plan breakdown by products regions sector for senior management intelligence. Undertake business development initiatives for identifying growth prospects specific to clients by using public information as well as licensed data providers
- Analyze broker reviews held periodically with clients for global markets product to understand our strong areas and opportunities as per client strategy.Work with RMs for document negotiation with clients like NDA ISDA GMRA and others by coordinating with internal teams like legal treasury and risk
- Undertake thought leadership projects by working on sector and client relevant themes and preparing pitch-books to help RMs to originate and deliver business opportunities. Undergo continuous learning and enhance job specific skills over-time and my be required to travel overseas as per business needs
- Pro-actively suggest and design improvements in process workflow where applicable and participate in team meeting / team activities and work towards sustaining team spirit
- Support peers in managing day-to-day workstreams as required and become subject matter expert in respective client sectors and act as a role model for our Group Values and Behaviors supporting colleagues and customers. Support achievement of team objectives & participate in in development of cohesive teams and contribute to the creation of a supportive work environment driven by people centric values.
To be successful you will:
- Exceptionally qualified MBAs (with good CGPA score) and CAs with Big four (EY PWC Deloitte KPMG) experience
- Ability to establish rapport with team members and product partners
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to succeed within a matrix management structure and build and maintain global team relationships
- Highly proficient at Excel PowerPoint and Word
- Good at multitasking
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly motivated; strong work ethic; thrives under pressure confident team player
