About the role
As Senior Exhibitions Manager you will lead the strategic planning development and delivery of MAGNTs exhibitions across Art Heritage and Science. This includes temporary and touring exhibitions permanent displays and gallery transformations across current and future sites.
This is a chance to shape a forwardlooking exhibitions program guide a talented team and elevate MAGNTs presence nationally and internationally.
Key focus areas:
Leadership & Team Growth
Build and mentor a highperforming Exhibitions team including Design and Workshop. Lead with peoplecentric values clear direction and a commitment to collaboration.
Strategic Planning & Implementation
Deliver a relevant engaging and financially sustainable exhibitions program including implementing an endorsed fouryear forward exhibitions plan.
EndtoEnd Project Delivery
Oversee varied and complex exhibition projects gallery fitouts and display infrastructure. Drive timelines budgets procurement and contractor management.
Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
Lead negotiations and relationships with national and local partners. Work deeply with curators and internal teams to bring bold ideas to life.
