Synergie is currently seeking Process workers to join a leading waste management company based inStMarys NSW.
We are seeking reliable and detail-focused Processworkersto join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves operating automated and semi-automated machinery performing quality checks and completing assembly tasks in line with safety and productionstandards.
About the Role
- Monitor pre-programmed machines producing small plastic moulds
- Perform quality assurance checks on finished products
- Pack completed products into boxes and move full boxes (up to approx. 15kg) to nearby pallet
- Manuallyopenmachine doors and retrieve moulded products
- Restart machine cycles as required
- Conduct quality checks trimming or basic assembly
- Pack products into boxes and transport to pallets close to the machine
Key Requirements
- Ability tostand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable lifting and carrying boxes up to approximately up to 20kg
- Able to start asap
- Reliable
- Self motivated
- Good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
- Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills
Shifts & Conditions
- Day shift - 7.24am- 3.30pm - CURRENTLY AVALIABLE $31.50ph
- Afternoon shift - 3.24pm- 11.30pm - not currently looking will be added to the talent pool$31.50ph $4.73ph (afternoon shift allowance)
- Night shift - 11.24pm-7.30am - not currently looking will be added to the talent pool$31.50ph $9.45ph (night shift allowance)
