DescriptionIn This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver fullcycle recruitment for roles across Malaysia.
Provide insights on Malaysias talent landscape including market trends competitive intelligence and talent availability.
Develop and execute attraction and sourcing strategies that elevate employer branding and enhance candidate outreach.
Build nurture and maintain strong pipelines of both passive and active candidates for critical talent segments.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the companys values and strengthens our brand.
Collaborate with the APAC Sourcing Lead and Senior TABPs on regional sourcing efforts and workforce planning.
Support and occasionally lead TA projects aimed at improving recruitment effectiveness and operational excellence.
Utilize recruitment analytics to identify trends and improve talent acquisition strategy and outcomes.

For This Role You Will Need:
5 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing gained in an agency RPO or inhouse setting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience or exposure to sourcing talent across APAC markets ideally including Malaysia China and ASEAN.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools channels job platforms and modern search techniques.
Ability to manage recruitment projects and hiring campaigns with clear timelines and deliverables.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and share insights to guide recruitment decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative and customerfocused mindset.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Experience partnering directly with hiring managers or senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in building talent pipelines for niche or hardtofill roles.
Familiarity with talent sourcing tools specific to APAC markets
Passion for process improvement and contributing to TA transformation initiatives.
